Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. After becoming famous through his performances in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow He was featured in over 20 feature films including The Core. Apart from his appearances in Road Trip, Qualls has played in 22 different TV shows like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order as well as other. Qualls is fighting Hodgkin's lymphoma from the time he was 14 years old. The cancer returned to remission after two years. His body was severely affected by treatment, and the development of his body was slow down. When he started taking on the role of an actor, financial security was the goal. He had experienced hardship in his early years. He said in an interview that he said that if I don't achieve money security or feel out of control in the world I will be unhappy. The man also recalls his youth to inspire him. DJ states "Cruelty causes pain to my soul." DJ's ideal role is to be a father in reel as well as in reality. Yet he confesses "Directors aren't casting me for these roles." He'd like to be a dad one day, to be able to devote more time to the child and not be so occupied with his work.
