In UFC Fight Night 205 on 23 April 2022, Barber fought against Montana De La Rosa and won by unanimity. Barber took over Casey O'Neill on the UFC 276 card and took on Jessica Eye. Barber won the fight unanimously. This was the final fight of Barber's contracts with UFC. She resigned later that year. Barber defeated Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on March 25 2023 in UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
