Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston was conceived in a musical family on 9 August 1993 in Newark New Jersey. Whitney is a cousin and daughter of the singer Dionne. Her mother and she started singing professionally at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark in the year Whitney was just 15 years old. The two sang backing vocals in Chaka Khan's track in 1978 Im Every Woman. She then went on to sing backing vocals with Jermaine, Lou Rawls, and her mother. She began working as a featured vocalist for the band from New York called Material as well. It was her quality of her work as a vocalist together that brought the attention of several major record labels including Arista with whom she signed in 1983 and where she stayed for the rest of her career. The album she released as her debut Whitney Houston was released in 1985 and became the biggest-selling album of an artist who was a rookie. The album released several hit singles such as Saving all My Love for You How Do You Know You're Good to Love and The Greatest Love of All. This led to her achieving seven US Number Ones consecutively. It was even better than the Beatles. The album sold 3 million copies during its initial year, as well as 25 million around the world. Her first six Grammy Awards. The Whitney album released in 1987 featuring the tracks I Wanna Dance With Somebody and Where Do Broken Hearts Get to and continued to be a huge success. The album sold over 44 million copies. That same year she was married to Bobby Brown who was a former New Edition singer. She had their only daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown together on March 23, 1993. At this point that her widely documented substance abuse began. By 1996, she was a regular drug user.

Dana Bash or Dana Ruth Schwartz as she is more commonly known as an American anchorwoman reporter as well as CNN's political reporter. Her weekend programs comprise Evans & Novak Late Edition, Inside Politics and Inside Politics. When it comes to distinctions and awards Bash was previously included in the Women in Washington Power List which was published by Elle magazine.
