Barber won a fight against Montana De La Rosa in UFC Fight Night 205, on April 23rd 2022. The fight was a unanimous decision. Barber was later promoted to replace Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye in UFC 276 in July 2022. The match was also decided in a unanimous vote. In addition, this was the final fight of her contract with UFC. However, later in the year, she signed a new deal with them. Barber's most recent bout was with Andrea Lee at UFC Fight Night Vera against. Sandhagen on March 25th, 2023. She won via split decision.
